Erik Kadon
Founder & President
Beginning his 28 years of electrical experience with the United States Navy, Erik worked as a marine electrician on board the USS Dubuque. Home ported in Sasebo, Japan, Erik sailed the Western Pacific ocean honing his skills and serving his country. After returning to his home in Cincinnati, OH, Erik continued his career working in commercial and industrial industries providing electrical, lighting, HVAC and building automation services. In 2005 KES Electrical was launched offering experienced electrical contracting services to the banking, retail and restaurant sectors. Licensed in multiple states and with an eye to the future, Erik began to specialize in solar energy installations growing his business to serve the needs of this industry and our planet.
Darrenn Pegg
Operations Manager
Beginning his electrical career by moving to Cincinnati from Germany, Darrenn brings more than 16 years of heavy industrial electrical experience to the KES team. Prior to joining KES Darrenn worked in the waste water and electrical distribution industries as an industrial electrician. Working in these sectors has provided him with the ideal background experience and knowledge to work in the fast paced and growing renewable industry.
Richard Winters
Superintendent
Richard brings 12 years of prior solar experience to the KES Electrical organization. Beginning in residential solar applications Richard quickly branched out as the renewable industry began to expand, working on large, commercial projects including ground mount, carport canopy and roof top installations. Richard is passionate about the renewable industry and his job with KES Electrical to advance solar adoption and its benefits.
